CHARLOTTE — The Bowl at Ballantyne will add three new tenants in 2024 as part of its mixed-use retail, dining and entertainment district.
Jim Noble’s Rooster’s Wood-Fired Kitchen plans to open its third Charlotte-market location in spring 2024. That nearly 7,500-square-foot restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, with a focus on wood-fired meat and vegetable dishes. Rooster’s works with growers to cultivate specialty crops and heirloom varieties exclusively for its restaurants.
