ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. — A same-sex couple will apply for a marriage license in Rowan County Friday morning, knowing they will be turned down.
It is part of the “campaign for southern equality”.
The group is pushing for North Carolina to legalize same-sex marriage.
They say the state’s ban against gay marriage is unconstitutional.
