SOUTH CAROLINA — Early voting for the South Carolina U.S. Senate Special Republican Primary Runoff starts Wednesday.
Polls will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday.

Sen. Darline Graham faces local congressman Rep. Ralph Norman of York County to replace the late Sen. Lindsey Graham as the Republican nominee.

The winner of this race will face Democratic challenger Dr. Annie Andrews in November.
