SC education leaders make final recommendations for resuming school

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Education leaders in South Carolina have released their final set of recommendations for resuming school in August.

The biggest issue they found is some want schools to open with no COVID-19 restrictions while others don't believe schools should open at all.
