ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. — South Carolina investigators have found human remains in two barrels in an Anderson County lake.
The first barrel was found Wednesday night in Lake Hartwell, near Anderson.
Police have identified the woman inside, but haven't released her name. Coroner Greg Shore says the Anderson woman was killed at least a month ago.
Investigators think the man inside had been missing for a month.
The second barrel was found Thursday around 3:30 p.m.
An autopsy will confirm his identity Friday, and hopefully, a cause of death.
