GREENVILLE, S.C. — On the heels of its 2022 local housing market forecast, Realtor.com is out with a list of the hottest markets for the upcoming year — and one fast-growing city in the Carolinas made the top 10.
The Greenville, South Carolina, metro comes in at No. 7 among the “Top Housing Markets of 2022.”

The markets are ranked by combined forecasted growth in home prices and sales, based on housing and economic data across the 100 largest U.S. metropolitan statistical areas by population size.
Realtor.com points to Greenville’s low income and property taxes, small-town flavor, weather and access to outdoor recreation among its attractive attributes.
