Shea Homes purchased around 50 acres at Gardendale Road and Corabell Way near Tega Cay. The homebuilder paid just over $9.1 million for the land in September, according to York County real estate records. The deal was announced last week by Land Advisors Organization, which brokered the deal out of its Charlotte office.
The two neighboring communities that will be built on the recently purchased land are named Windell Woods and Solis at Windell Woods.
