CHARLOTTE — A shooting inside a vehicle in an east Charlotte Popeye’s parking lot sent one man to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, CMPD said.

It happened Monday evening at the fast-food restaurant on Albemarle Road near East Independence Boulevard.
No arrests have been made and police have not released any other details.
