CHARLOTTE, N.C. — A 20-year-old woman who disappeared Tuesday was found unharmed early Wednesday.
The Silver Alert was issued Tuesday in Charlotte for Jasmine Heath.
Heath left her home on Hubbard Falls Drive in University City at about 5 p.m. Sunday, her aunt told police.
Heath has been diagnosed with diminished mental capacity and requires supervision.
