ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — A Silver Alert has been issued Sunday for a missing 89-year-old woman who was last seen in Rockingham.
Beulah Wall Crenshaw is believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Crenshaw is described as being 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. She has short black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a navy blue jogging suit with orange and white lettering of the word “bears” written on the jacket. She was also carrying a black purse and a walking cane.
