COLUMBIA, S.C. — ABC News obtained the latest “Red Zone” report from the White House and South Carolina, as a whole, is in that zone, including Chester, Chesterfield and Lancaster counties.
York County is considered in the yellow zone.

To be in the red zone, a region must have a percent positivity rate of about 10% and more than 100 cases per 100,000 people. South Carolina has both.
But the good news is both of those numbers have been steadily decreasing in the Palmetto State over the past few weeks.
