SOUTH CAROLINA — South Carolina’s Incident Support Team will go to Hawaii to help with flood response and recovery efforts.
Gov. Henry McMaster authorized the deployment on Tuesday.

Hawaii suffered its worst flooding in over 20 years after heavy rain fell across the islands about two weeks ago.
