South Charlotte road shut down after wreck involving motorcycle, officials say

CHARLOTTE — Park Road at Sunset Drive was shut down shortly before 5 p.m. Wednesday after a crash involving a motorcycle, officials said.

The road is expected to reopen at 7:50 p.m., according to transportation officials.

One person was taken to Atrium CMC with life-threatening injuries.
