CHARLOTTE — SouthPark Mall’s landlord is seeking to evict one of its tenants, alleging it failed to pay nearly $56,000 in rent.
SouthPark Mall Limited Partnership — affiliated with mall owner and operator Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) — filed that complaint in Mecklenburg County small claims court on June 26. It seeks summary ejectment of luxury scenting boutique Aroma360, which operates under Aroma360 NC SP LLC.
