Spaghetti, meatball products like Chef Boyardee recalled due to misbranding

Conagra Brands is recalling more than 700,000 pounds of spaghetti and meatball products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Safety Inspection Service.

The products recalled include Chef Boyardee mini pasta shells and meatballs.

The products contain milk that was not declared on the product label.

The company was notified June 6 about the problem. There are no confirmed reports of allergic reactions due to the products.

Consumers who have purchased the products are urged to throw them away or return them to the store for a refund.
