IREDELL COUNTY, N.C. — In Iredell County, Statesville and Mooresville plan to pass their budgets on Monday night.
State law requires local governments to approve an ordinance regarding their budgets before midnight on June 30.
The fiscal year starts July 1.
Statesville's budget will likely increase water and electric rates.
