CHARLOTTE — Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools plans to bring back in-person learning for two weeks. Students will be split into three groups and attend class for three or four days.

All students will learn virtually when they aren’t in the building by week three, which is Aug. 31. Students will stay home and attend real-time live or recorded teacher sessions with the full Remote Academy Option.

The deadline to enroll is this weekend.
Students in either program can participate in school sports but many question what that will be like, if it happens at all.
Dozens of Charlotte-Mecklenburg student-athletes came together Wednesday with a message to save the season.
