Police said another student reported the assault to school administration.
Officers said the school district fully cooperated with the police department, and after a lengthy investigation, a student was charged with second-degree forcible rape, two counts of second-degree sexual offense and first-degree kidnapping.
The charges were filed with the Department of Juvenile Justice, and police said they can’t release the suspect’s name because of age.
