CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Police arrested a man who shot at a victim and then stole the victim’s car on Jan. 7 in north Charlotte.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department detectives tracked down Xavier Mills and arrested him Wednesday morning, according to a CMPD news release.
Detectives also recovered the stolen car.
Mills was charged with eight counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a deadly weapon with the intent to kill and larceny of a motor vehicle and damage to property.
