GASTONIA, N.C. — A teen is testifying Tuesday against a Gastonia man that he said stalked and molested him and a friend.
James Morgan could spend the rest of his life in prison if he is convicted on numerous sex crimes with 14 and 15-year-old boys.
The teen told jurors that Morgan provided beer, cigarettes, drugs, and then molested him and a friend during a sleep over in 2011.
Morgan's attorney said he was providing financial support for his accusers and the accusations began once he stopped giving them money.
Channel 9 has a camera in the courtroom and will have more information on today's proceedings.
