CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Thieves struck again in South End Charlotte Tuesday night, smashing windows and targeting parking garages.
Police said at least four vehicles were broken into at a parking garage at the Ashton.

Eyewitness News reported two months ago, that more than two-dozen vehicles were broken into at several apartment complexes in the area.
Investigators said the thieves targeted larger vehicles.
Police said it’s too soon to say if the cases are related.
