CHARLOTTE — Charlotte has a new player in for-sale townhome development. Veer Development, founded by Chandni Lalchandani and Parmeet Singh, aims to add quality townhome communities in highly desirable neighborhoods.
Lalchandani and Singh formed Veer in 2023 after spending many years as passive real estate investors. Singh said starting their own firm gave them the ability and freedom to be involved in every aspect of a project.
