CHARLOTTE, N.C. — An overturned 18-wheeler had the ramp from Interstate 85 south to Interstate 77 shut down for hours Tuesday morning in north Charlotte.
The ramp was closed from around 2:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
The truck was hauling a load of scrap metal that spread across the road when it flipped.
Crews had to right the truck and then move the scrap metal off the road.
No injuries were reported.
