HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — Developers appear to be lining up to build new residential projects in Huntersville. On Tuesday night, three groups seeking had their requests go before the town’s planning board.

In total, the three projects would bring over 230 new homes to Huntersville if they were to move forward. The applicants for rezonings are national homebuilder M/I Homes and Skybrook West LLC, while Huntersville-based Bowman Development Group seeks to subdivide a site. The planning board will make its recommendations to the town board of commissioners, which has the final say on rezoning matters.
