CABARRUS COUNTY, N.C. — Hailey Allen, 18, died in a crash Friday afternoon on Highway 200 near Reed Mine Road in Cabarrus County, troopers said.
The driver of the other car, Rachel Moore, was seriously hurt and is expected to recover, troopers said.
Allen crossed the center line, lost control and over-corrected.
