UNION COUNTY, N.C. — State troopers told Channel 9 that two people died in a crash in Union County Wednesday night.
The wreck happened around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Landsford and Stack roads, near the South Carolina line.
Investigators said a car ran the stop sign and collided with another vehicle.
Two people in the car, 58-year-old Meldie Miller and 30-year-old Cavis Miller of Jefferson, South Carolina, were killed.
