NORTH CAROLINA — Two North Carolina agencies are ending their diversity, equity, and inclusion policies.
According to reports from the Charlotte Observer, the new labor commissioner, Luke Farley, and state auditor, Dave Boliek, announced the removal today.

Both Republicans who lead the agencies were elected in November.
This comes after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to eliminate DEI policies from the federal government.
