Two people suffer burns after boat caught fire in Myrtle Beach, officials say

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Officials said two people were hurt Saturday afternoon after a boat in Myrtle Beach caught fire, WPDE reported.

The boat fire happened near Peachtree Road and Harbor Oaks Drive.

No other details have been released.

Authorities said the two victims suffered burns and were taken toa hospital.

Horry County Fire Rescue responded to the scene.
