CHARLOTTE, N.C. — UNC Charlotte students will soon be able to use the new Blue Line extension easily.
Channel 9 learned that UNCC students will be charged a $50 transportation fee next year. In exchange, they will be able to use the light rail for no additional cost.
University leaders said they are working out a total cost and didn’t confirm if that means fees will go up next year.
