UNION COUNTY — A man was shot to death Friday night at 6226 Old Pageland Marshville Road near Marshville, Union County officials confirmed.
Elijah James Moore, 21, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and later died.
Elijah Moore and his sister Breanna Regina Moore, 19, got into an argument. That was when the sister allegedly grabbed a handgun from a vehicle and fired at least one shot toward her brother, police said.
She left the scene Friday night with a man and a 2-year-old child in a gold-colored Honda Accord, police said.
She turned herself Saturday in Dillon, South Carolina and Union County sheriff's detectives will pick her up.
She was charged with first-degree murder and is being held in the Union County jail under no bond.
Her first court appearance will be Monday morning.
The investigation is ongoing.
