INDIAN TRAIL, N.C. — Highway 74 near Indian Trail reopened before 4 p.m. after a six-car collision, according to Union County officials.
The wreck happened Tuesday afternoon near Unionville-Indian Trail Road.
Officials said a medical helicopter was called in.
