U.S. Bank to open next local retail branch in south Charlotte

CHARLOTTE — U.S. Bancorp is planning a third Charlotte-area branch, according to a recent Office of the Comptroller of the Currency filing.

The 4,263-square-foot branch will be at 9836 Rea Road in Blakeney. It is scheduled to open on Oct. 25, a spokesperson confirmed. This will be U.S. Bank’s first local branch opening in 2021.
