LONG VIEW, N.C. — U.S. Marshals arrested a man wanted out of Burke County after he ran into some woods in the town of Long View.
A Channel 9 viewer shared a photo of Marshals and police searching for the suspect along 22nd Street Southwest on Thursday.
Residents say Long View put out an alert for people to shelter in place.
Marshals say they arrested Diamond Lipscomb, who they say was wanted on trafficking and felony speeding to elude charges in Burke County.
