CHARLOTTE — A west Charlotte barbershop is asking for the community’s help after a group of teens broke into the business.
It happened over the weekend at the House of Hoops Barbershop on Little Rock Road.
The master barber shared surveillance video on Facebook of the burglars busting through the front door and taking items.
He said online that people need to understand damaging a small business isn’t a harmless joke. Someone must pay for the glass, someone has to clean up and someone has to deal with the damage while trying to open the doors and serve the community, he said.
The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is investigating.
