HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. — A puppy in Huntersville was found dead inside a hot, outdoor kennel with no water.
Officers were called to the scene Sunday at about 12:20 p.m. and charged Shannon Bostic Naldony, 38, with misdemeanor cruelty to animals.
