KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. — Police have charged a woman with biting the arms of an emergency department nurse at Kings Mountain Hospital.
Rebecca Lynn Blanton, 41, of the 500 block of South Cherokee Street, Kings Mountain, tried to push the nurse out of her way and bit him on both forearms Friday, according to a magistrate’s order. The nurse was working behind the nurses’ station when Blanton allegedly attacked him, court documents state.
Kings Mountain police arrested Blanton on a charge of assault on a specified medical personnel. Blanton is scheduled to appear in court Friday morning.
