Plane makes emergency landing on Myrtle Beach

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.,None — A Chinese training plane painted like a World War II fighter made an emergency landing on Myrtle Beach Thursday morning.

According to reports from the area, the pilot reported engine trouble shortly before noon and made an emergency landing on the beach at Ocean Lakes Campground.

There were two people in the plane at the time and neither one was injured, police told reporters.
