Registered Sex Offender Back In Jail

ROCK HILL, S.C.,None — A registered sex offender is back in jail after police said he propositioned several middle-aged school girls.

Rock Hill police arrested Vincent Edward Jeter II, 27, Thursday after a concerned teacher told a school resource officer.

According to police, Jeter was accused of making inappropriate comments to several young girls who live in his apartment complex on Eden Terrace on March 17.

Jeter faces charges of two counts each of soliciting a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Jeter is he being held at the York County Detention Center without bond.
