HEBRON, Ky. — A cargo plane was forced to make an emergency landing at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport early Monday after it was struck by lightning, WCPO reported.
According to airport spokeswoman Mindy Kershner, the DHL cargo plane landed after it was hit about 2:30 a.m., the television station reported.
Officials said no one was hurt, and the plane was taken to a hangar, WLWT reported.
