KIDDER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A garbage collection crew had an extra set of hands, er, paws, on the truck Wednesday morning.
The team, which was doing its rounds in Carbon County, Pennsylvania, had a bear tagging along, WNEP reported.
But the bear wasn’t walking alongside the garbage truck. He had hoisted himself on top.
The driver parked near a tree and the bear climbed down, police said.
Kidder Township Police said the black bear stayed on the top of the garbage truck all the way to the police station.
