CHARLOTTE, N.C.,None — Verizon Wireless plans to hire more than 100 full-time customer service representatives for its Charlotte call center throughout the remainder of the year.

Job requirements include one year of customer service experience and strong computer, communication and problem-solving skills.
Job responsibilities include answering billing and technical questions, troubleshooting customer issues, conducting price change plans and providing general customer support.
Verizon added 15 jobs in the fourth quarter of 2009 and has added 33 so far in 2010.
