CHARLOTTE — Meteorologist John Ahrens says warmer weather will continue to head into the Charlotte area over the next few afternoons.

Saturday afternoon will have a high of around 75 degrees, and temperatures Sunday should reach the 80s. Some parts of the viewing area could reach 90 degrees by Monday.

There will be lots of sunshine Sunday and Monday with little to no humidity.

There will be some storms in the mid-Atlantic that could hit the Greensboro and Raleigh areas, but they will avoid Charlotte.
