11-year-old boy battling rare form of cancer becomes Panther for a day

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The Carolina Panthers welcomed their first Make-A-Wish recipient of the season Tuesday.

Peyton Raper is 11 years old and has been battling a rare form of non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Sports director Phil Orban was at practice. In the video at the top of this page, he shows us how Peyton was just like any other member of the team.
