FORECAST: Clouds keep thunderstorm chances at bay

  • Clouds over Charlotte are keeping temperatures down as well as storm opportunities.
  • Temperatures will drop down to the low-60s Monday with a few downpours pushing west of Charlotte.
  • After that, sunshine on Tuesday will bring back the heat.
  • Highs will reach near 90 degrees Tuesday afternoon, however; the humidity will stay down.
  • The next rain chance will be on Wednesday.
