FORECAST: Dangerous heat persists today

FORECAST:

• Weather Alerts continue today with dangerous heat persisting through at least Monday!
• Temperatures today are back in the mid-90s but feeling closer to 105 or greater at times thanks to very high humidity.
• Heat Advisories are in place once again until 8 p.m.
• We’re watching for another chance for a few storms to pop up this afternoon and evening.
• Any storms that form could be strong to severe with heavy rain and damaging winds our top concern.
• That storm threat goes down a bit tomorrow, but temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 90s.
• Monday looks to be the hottest day in the forecast with highs in the upper 90s!
• Those temps will dip back to the mid-90s for the rest of the week ahead.
