FORECAST:
- The first of several rounds of rain came through the region early Monday morning.
- Over the next 24 hours, rain will be off and on and a lot more isolated.
- The rainy weather pattern remains for the next few days with some heavier rains likely late Tuesday into early Wednesday, possibly 1-3 inches.
- That will produce a low flood risk.
- Drier, but also quite colder weather returns by Thursday as highs fall back to the 40s.
- Rain chances return this weekend.
