CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Eclectic rockers, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, have embarked on their first-ever U.S. stadium tour, which includes one stop in the Carolinas.

The band is scheduled to perform at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte on Thursday.
The 2022 tour also marks the return of guitarist John Frusciante to the group.
The show starts at 6:30 p.m. The Strokes and Thundercat will open.
