YORK COUNTY, S.C. — A man grabbed his infant son's jaw so hard that the child suffered bruising on his face and blood in his eyes, York police officials said.
Justin Forbis told police that his 2-month old son wouldn't stop screaming and he was trying to hold a pacifier in his mouth, according to authorities.
Forbis is charged with child abuse. The child was hospitalized.
Investigators said they also found drug paraphernalia in Forbis’ hotel room.
