YORK COUNTY, S.C. — Police have charged a York County woman after her toddler tested positive for meth, according to our news partner the Rock Hill Herald.

Police charged 29-year-old Melissa Glenn with felony child neglect.

Officials said the child tested positive for meth after the family was involved in a situation with the Department of Social Services.

According to arrest warrants obtained by The Rock Hill Herald, Glenn put the child "at unreasonable risk affecting the child's life or physical safety by exposing the child to methamphetamine."
