CHARLOTTE — One person is dead after a shooting Tuesday evening in south Charlotte, according to MEDIC.

The shooting was reported in the 6200 block of Park Road. MEDIC said paramedics pronounced one person dead at the scene.
The nature of the shooting and other details were not immediately available.
